In this article, you'll learn how to control how the discounts from FoxKit offers apply to orders.
Steps
- 1.Go to Shopify admin, choose Apps.
- 2.Select FoxKit > Click Settings at the bottom of the left-sidebar.
- 3.Make necessary changes.
- 4.Save.
This section provides 2 methods for customers to choose from:
Draft orders are the ones that merchants create on behalf of their customers. For further info regarding the draft order, kindly check this link.
A draft order with discounted prices will be created for customers to check out if they are eligible for Foxkit's offer that merchants have set up.
When this option is enabled, merchants cannot combine the Foxkit discount with other discounts in Shopify admin. Customers will not be able to enter another code if a Foxit discount is already applied to their cart.
Provide a one-time-use discount code that is created in Shopify backend for the orders when customers are at the checkout.
Selecting this option will disable the Free shipping goal add-on since one order can only be applied with 1 discount code. Once the Free shipping goal is disabled, you have to set up again by using the shipping rates and re-activate it.
